Summary/Abstract: Good governance is in practice very difficult to implement public sector reform strategy, because it covers all spheres of public administration and improves the efficiency of the government operation. At the moment, even organizations that have begun the discussion concerning good governance are accused of failing the standards created in this area. The problems concern primarily a misunderstanding of basic good governance principles, as well as political actions taken by the government.
