Summary/Abstract: In recent years, in the area of interaction between science and society, points to the importance of social reaction and acceptance of emerging technologies. Consumers attitudes, in a broader sense – the whole society, toward science and technology can have a significant impact on the pace and direction of innovation. In order to realize the full potential of nanotechnology (new, promising technology) it is necessary to actively and responsibly respond to identified concerns and expectations of consumers, as well as swiftly as possible to take a constructive, having the scientific basis dialogue with society.
