Summary/Abstract: In the article the problem of customers’ participating in preparing market offer addressed to them was presented. On the base of the empirical researches the scope and the forms of this activity were described. The special attention was paid to barriers in customers’ prosumption activity. The role of producers’ honesty and necessity of building by them the market consciousness among customers was underlined too.
