The Role and place of apoptosis in the antiphospholipide syndrome pathogenesis

Summary/Abstract: This article is devoted to the problem of mechanism study of the antiphosphoiipide syndrome development. Nowadays there is no single mention of that issue. The purpose of our work is the data examination and generalization about the apoptosis place and role in APLS pathogenesis and about antibody antiphosphoiipide participation in this process as mediators of autoimmune development, vascular and obstetrics pathology.
