Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to problems of application of responsibility and implementation of the exemption program from liability («leniency») in Ukrainian legislation, anticompetitive concerted actions. Along with the problem of complete exemption from liability, the actual possible implementation in Ukrainian legislation mechanism of partial exemption from liability to encourage the disclosure of anticompetitive concerted actions and effective punishment to the offenders.
