Regarding corporatisation assets ukrzaliznytsia: modeling a holding relationship

Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to legal research features of the corporatization process of the natural monopolies assets and strategically important enterprises for the Ukrainian economy. The author has conducted analyze, generalization and systematization of normative legal base in the sphere of privatization and corporatization, the identification of shortcomings and workarounds, as well as determining characteristics of the implementation mechanism this process. The author focuses on the possibility of property corporatisation, which belongs to the state in the authorized enterprises capital of railway transport of Ukraine.
