Summary/Abstract: In his essay the author writes about a dance group – the Trockaderos, or Trocks –characterized by cross-dressing, queer and camp sensitivity and „insolence”, androgynous aesthetics and professional entertainment. Its male members have female stage names and fictitious biographies and they present professional, parody-like choreographies with classical music. They all have other works beside Trockadero.
