Summary/Abstract: Study of the known written records of the ritual complexes from the Anetovka-2 station studied by V.N. Stanko in the Southern Flow of the Bug allows an analysis of the most likely typological attribution of this site. Definition of the Anetovka-2 as an ancient shrine attended exclusively by male hunters is proved by monotonous rituals which took place here regularly. The rituals were connected with hunting of bison. This explanation is determined by the placement of this site and peculiarities of distribution of the cultural artefacts, including deliberately coloured skulls of mammoths.
