Summary/Abstract: In the spring of the year 1900, the superior of the former Hungarian county Bereg informed Dr. Ing. Viktor Hagara, Tivadar Lehoczky, who lived in Munkács (today: Mukacevo, Zakarpatskaya obl., Ukraine), found that quarryers in Beregszász-Kishegy came upon a grave of the Hungarian conquest. Lehoczky arrived at the former county seat on April 22 and, accompanied by the mayor, Dr. Ing. Kamill Buzáth, the site located in the southern district of the city.
