Summary/Abstract: The reality of the modern world is characterized by de-Christianization, referred to as the „new paganism” or „new atheism”. It is growing in character and takes the form of existence „as if God does not exist”. Several areas – the „areopagi” of this contemporary paganism emerge: the negation and falsification of the truth, the devaluation of the value of life and of marriage and the family, the liberalization of education and of life attitudes of children and youth, the depersonalization of culture and media, the materialization of work and the demoralization of socio-political life and the mobilization of anti-religious movements. The development of such opinions and attitudes requires the commitment of evangelization, correcting the errors of these theories and behavior and indicating the correct way of development. In this analysis of the issue, two questions were taken into consideration: 1. The areas and types of the „areopagi” of contemporary paganism; 2. The evangelization of neo-paganism as an imperative of the present.de-Christianization; „new paganism”; „new atheism”; falsification of the truth; demoralization; new evangelization; religious and cultural development;
