Summary/Abstract: A trading company which deals in selling trading companies registered in the Trade Register and set up for the sole purpose of being sold, sale which consists of a cession of the shares of the enterprise in the already set-up company, may be an active subject of the offense of money laundering, being subject to reporting obligations under Directive 2005/60/EC.
