Summary/Abstract: The article researches 9 fragments of Jewish gravestones found during archaeological excavations on the remains of the foundation of the right bastion of the Hadjibei castle. The inscriptions on the gravestones are made in Russian and Hebrew. The gravestones can be dated by a «pre-Odessa» period for sure.
