Capital construction of the airport as an integral property complexe: economic and legal aspects

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the key role of relations of capital construction in the aviation industry, particularly in reconstruction and construction of new airports in Ukraine urth improve their functionality and competitiveness. The article shows the mechanisms providing air transport building, where capital construction is an object for involve investments. Optimization process of the capital construction in the aviation industry will affect not only the development domestic airlines, but also to the development of transport support in the sphere of economics as a whole. The author discussed the need for improved economic and legal forms of capital construction in the aviation industry.
