Summary/Abstract: What prompted the authorities on 22 February to release Miklós Duray in the pending case is unclear: it is clear, however, that they set measures for a new trial immediately after his release. The collection of material against him was not stopped, and Judge Peter Samko, who had shown a very fair attitude to Duray in the trial on January 31, was replaced by his much sharper colleague, Racko. At the beginning of April Duray was informed of his transfer to Zvolen / Zsolyom at his workplace at DOPRASTAV. Under the Slovak Labor Code, the employee has the right to refuse such transfers for personal reasons, which Duray also made use of. He was then told that his job would probably be dissolved in a few weeks.
