Summary/Abstract: National Health Action Plan is designed to support the implementation of Millennium Development Goals and the Decade for Roma inclusion 2005-2015, adapted to the local health needs of Roma population. Implementation of the defined Plan activities: positive discrimination for Roma, vertical preventive programs, special preventive program for Roma (healthy life style, reproductive health, safe pregnancy, immunization), health promotion, improvement of the primary health care for Roma, Roma inclusion in health policy, will contribute to better health for Roma population, especially children, youth and women, better access, quality and quantity of health services, and more benefits from health insurance.
