Summary/Abstract: This article deals with contents in unknown document signed by king Wladyslaw IV for butchers in Wieluń. This document contains previous regulations signed by Stanislaw Przedbora Koniecpolski in 1580. The issues fundamental to the functioning of the crafts guild were mentioned in this writing. Generally we could divide them into legal and organizational, commercial and fiscal and religious. These matters were grouped into 28 provisions. The most numerous issues concerned with organizational matters such as membership requirements and duties towards guilds. Another, multitudinous, points involved organization of trade and production. Religious and fiscal spheres were described the least although they were also relevant.
