Summary/Abstract: Work procedures which increasingly become more complex recently have brought many negativeness up for employees. With the increasing difficulties in making works, rising tension in human relations and behaviors like egocentrism, end up with increases in the stress of employees, alienation of work, and decreases in job satisfaction have begun to emerge. In this study, it is achieved to handle burnout syndrome which is similar to those results that talked about. Burnout conception can be defined as, “failure, worn out, reduced energy and power, or exhaustion of the individual's internal resources as a result of unfulfilled wishes”. In this study, it is aimed to investigate burnout level of hotel employees in the terms of demographical affairs. In this context, a survey was realized in order to obtain the data for a qualitative research. This survey study is responded by 197 employees of five-star hotels which are located in Antalya-Belek region. It’s expected to provide contributions to literature through the findings of the research. In addition to that, it is aimed to find some solutions for the hotel firms in the meaning of defining the problem.
