Summary/Abstract: The main question of this paper based on a series of interviews is if there is unemployment among the ranks of HIL. The subject of the research touches a complex social symptom, which contains both objective and important subjective aspects of the unemployment and its special forms - underutilisation and overutilisation. Based on empirical facts and on theoretical consideration, the paper criticises the monetary requirements of the market that has been considered as something of sanctity, to be accepted axiomatically, and which can justify any changes in employment.
