Summary/Abstract: Current development models are facing with major challenges and suffered from the consequences of the global economic crisis. The measures and the implement strategies do not offer solutions for sustainable development in the long term. What could be offered for the creation of new strategies that can solve economic and social problems? Are economic systems having the potentials to produce new energy and new orientation to develop a level of development that can solve social problems? How to reduce poverty and unemployment and to create conditions for social inclusion of many socially excluded citizens?
