Essential rights today. Reconfiguration and priorities

Summary/Abstract: The concept of human rights, which has been developing for almost two centuries, has come to a rather difficult stage. Developing this concept in a doctrinal or statutory way does not guarantee its respect. In the so-called Western culture, there are more and more cases of violations of human rights. In addition, with the development of new technologies, new problems are born related to the content of human rights and their effective protection. The subject of the article is an attempt to redefine the concept of human rights, especially fundamental rights.
