Summary/Abstract: The author takes on the theme of education for values in an educational community. In order to establish collectively approved values, there should be more emphasis in today’s schools on the process of integral human education, which includes education for values. The author shows the need to define such institutions as schools through the formulation of a concrete hierarchy of values on which the school community can rely, which will ensure its effectiveness and high quality of its actions.
