The processes of EU projects as a source of ICT innovation for social aids units

Summary/Abstract: Managing the system EU projects by social aids units induce consequences that are particularly noticeable for those organizations. Processes associated with the implementation of these projects require the use of certain technology solutions which makes the existing instruments for services are enriched or replaced with new ones that are qualitatively different from those previously used. The article attempt the purpose to uncover the knowledge that was not used by GOPS prior to implementation of EU projects related to ICT solutions, and then that were used by social workers in the processes related to the implementation of system projects, which then were used in other activities of social work.
