STRATEGIC APPROACH TO INTERACTIONS BETWEEN GOVERNMENT HIGHER EDUCATION AND SOCIAL PRACTICE

Summary/Abstract: The article offers working definitions and starting theoretical presumptions, ment to clarify a possible framework of a strategic approach to interactions between government higher education and social practice. Having in mind the rising attention to a strategic understanding of those systematic relations, it clearly appears to be an alternative to the limited explanation of science and higher education as a “quick service”, fulfilling business’ social orders.
