Summary/Abstract: The article is enshrined to the examination of the scope of the new laws concerning the protection of the debtors’ rights in the proceeding of recovery of the outstanding debts. The author examines the controversial issues of the determination of the subject-matter of the legal regulation, providing examples of possible abuses.
