Summary/Abstract: Purpose – the purpose of this paper is the presentation and assessment of private and public information sources of the corporate real estate market in Poland in the context of investors’ information needs. The article presents and discusses the definition of corporate real estate (CRE), defines the CRE market used for researches and discusses the model of this market with the problem of its management. Design/Methodology/approach – Review of domestic and foreign literature, analysis and assessment of the conducted CRE researches in Poland and own research of the CRE information sources. Findings – Ordering and recommendation of the CRE market definition for use in market analyses in Poland, identification and assessment of the availability and content of information sourced of the CRE market and indication of information gaps that complicate the use of modern analysis methods. Originality/value – Under the hypothesis of the low efficiency of the corporate real estate market, firstly, article orders the definition of the CRE market in a demand- base subjective approach and assesses public and private sources of market definition in terms of the modern methodology of analyzing this market. Transferring from the developed markets parts of methodical solutions is a response to investors’ information needs. The inability to perform some analyzes increases the risk of the investment. These restrictions indicate the required directions of changes in public and private databases of the real estate transactions, which determines the introduction of modern methods of managing these assets.
