Summary/Abstract: Engagement of the employee in the process of advancement of both the organization and its various structures is shaped not only by rational arguments but also by the employee’s emotional sphere. D. Goleman admits the priority meaning particularly to the emotional sphere stating that emotions indicate the appropriate direction and only when we accept it we can take the best advantage of cool logic. Goleman’s attitude stimulates our reflection and is a major reason of inquiry in this article. In particular it is the subject of recognition of arguments supporting the attitude that perfection is compliance in diversity and this diversity is synthesized by the acts of decision-making of the employee and his fellow-workers.
