Summary/Abstract: The article describes application of continuous improvement in enterprises. It shows how small steps and gradually pursuit to improvement can help the company to develop. The main aim of this article is to present way how to implement kaizen. The article comprehensively answers the questions: What is kaizen? What are the key elements? What are the opportunities and threats that organizations can meet? How to implement kaizen? Theoretical considerations on the effectiveness of kaizen and the practical example of minimization of losses and improvement of the position of company on the market thanks to continuous improvement.
