A matter of improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of influence of the state on the economic sphere

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to separate issues of reforming the economic mechanism of the national economy. The attention is drawn to the need to take into account the socio-economic phenomenon of economic power and its varieties, the need for significant correction of the content of economic legislation and the clarification of the essential differences in the legal regimes of the functioning of small, medium and large business. The special mainstreaming in the article is subject to the problem of legislative provision of all social relations that arise in the process of formation and implementation economic policy of the state and some of its areas.
