Summary/Abstract: As an essential element of public presentation of artistic work, performing stress and its incidence certainly deserves a special, analytical approach. Through years of study, acquisition and development of skills on a particular instrument, performers, of course, get familiarized with stage fright. In this paper, an anti-stress strategy based on a deeper consideration of the influential factors and components has been taken into consideration. Thus, the proposed technique emphasizes “singing” with playing (goulding) due to the importance of expressiveness, impressiveness of interpretation. The ultimate goal is the complete surrendering to music in terms of stage presence, the performer’s perception of “flow experience” of music that, in essence, itself, motivates and rewards.
