Summary/Abstract: In the article the author takes up some specific types of the crises situations in the author’s division: crises committed by organization and managed correctly, crises committed by organization and managed incorrectly, crises without fault by organization and managed correctly, crises without fault by organization and managed incorrectly. The aim of this article is to prepare codex of best practices included crises tools to avoid communication mistakes.
