Summary/Abstract: One of the fundamental problems of CSR is reporting which is an element of business communication. There are many guidelines for CSR reporting. These guidelines will help in the practical preparation of reports, but do not impose specific information that should be included in them. This reduces their credibility and worsen the perception of a company by the environment. A lot of companies do not inform about CSR activities cyclically and in the standardized form. The article presents the main guidelines for social reporting.
