Summary/Abstract: The acquisition of intercultural competence helps the individual to be open to theother, to discover his culture and interpret the logic of his behavior. This makeshim able to change its erroneous mental representations and stereotypes. Thishelps to tolerate and respect cultural differences with his own culture.This study focuses on intercultural competence: the analysis of the culturaldimension framework obstacles (misunderstandings, stereotypes ...) to mutualunderstanding interpersonal or inter-groupal while offering some tips to trainthe learner to intercultural competence.
