Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the use of advertising texts in Polish language classes for foreigners. These kinds of advertisements constitute an interesting pedagogical tool because they contain a multitude of themes, and serve as a rich grammatical-lexical vehicle providing social and cultural knowledge about Poland.
