Summary/Abstract: Good governance is the only sustainable solution for Romania’s progress, including by combating the hybrid war. Good governance implies the following crucial measures: we must rebuild Romania’s human capital and stop migration; we must rebuild confidence in the Romanian state and its institutions; we need to be united in combating geopolitical threats; we have to adopt a new style of government and national consciousness before it is too late.
