Summary/Abstract: The content of this study is to determine the essence and significance of the internal relationship marketing. On the basic of medium scale constructions company the article presents the development and types of used marketing communication tools as well as the importance of motivation systems, training and integration of the crew in the studied company. The research showed that the company leadership pays attention to the internal marketing development, especially improving the tools of marketing communication, due to which the company permanently improves the efficiency of operations. The implementation of other systems also strengthens relationships between employees. As the result of this reasonable activities the company improves its market position, developing dynamically for more than 20 years of its existence
