INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE IN AN INFORMATION SYSTEM OF AGRO-FOOD SECURITY (SISA) IN A PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

Summary/Abstract: The article aims to present possible directions of action for the establishment, organization and functioning of an Information System on Agricultural and Food security (SISA in Romanian) under a public-private partnership. The system of monitoring and early warning proposed for agro-food security involves and interconnects a series of adjacent sectors in the agro-food sector, in the current international security situation in which the agro-food crises are triggered by factors of inter-sectorial insecurity.This approach provides a new dimension and perspective of the sector subject to research through cross-interconnection of certain inter-systemic networks which generate agro-strategic knowledge, but also solutions for the agro-food business environment by creating public-private partnerships in a new agro-strategic dimension.
