Analysis of Forced Ventilation and Conditioning in Summer Conditions

Summary/Abstract: The research subject of the current work isventilation and cooling simulations of the laboratory insummer conditions using CFD software. Thesimulations were made in ANSYS Fluent 14.0. For thevalidation of the simulation results a series of themeasurements were made using computer regulationtechnique and SIEMENS software. According to theresult, conclusions were made about the necessity ofthe ventilation and cooling simulations and their effecton the thermal comfort of the humans in the closedareas. In the simulation were taken into account notonly the primary thermal gains – sun, air temperaturebut also the secondary thermal gains from thecomputers, monitors and humans.
