Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is identification of success factors of a social campaign. The author points to the processes, elements and features that can decide the strength of its impact. The basis for the considerations is the case study of the low-budget campaign „You can change it”, which achieved success thanks to the use of advanced planning procedures.
