Summary/Abstract: Investigated core of historic legal texts represents a kind of source of knowledge and culture of a nation in other words it is a materialization of peoples thoughts and allows to separate dominating semantic constant of a specific society. Informative unit, in other words a legal text resulted from human society evolution as an answer to experience of a numerous generations and appeared to be to some extend a projection of a man fate. It is considered that legal texts can be perceived as a summary of a story about form of human life in society which represents ever lasting subject of research targets and inexhaustible source reinforcing and enriching values resulting from achievements of the past generations.
