THE LEGAL REGIME OF INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONER'S FEES

Summary/Abstract: The article raises several issues of law regarding the remuneration of insolvency practitioners, which is one of the rights provided by O.U.G. no. 86/2006, republished, for their benefit, as a counter performance of the professional services carried out in the insolvency files in which they are appointed as judicial administrators or judicial liquidators. It is also analyzed a case solved by the Timişoara Court of Appeal, which addressed this issue, which presents a real interest for this professional body, since, not least, during the course of an insolvency file there is a succession of administrators judges or judicial liquidators, as the case may be, without the full payment of the pecuniary rights to be paid to him at the time of the replacement of the practitioner.
