Summary/Abstract: When a young teacher comes into the classroom for the first time and stand before his pupils, one of the greatest difficulties he will have to encounter is how to ensure the discipline in the classroom. This is because it is a skill that can only partially be learned from books or courses, and which is improved through experience and years of work at school. This paper will discuss the behavior of pupils, which is indicated as a lack of discipline. This means that the behavior of a pupil is in conflict with the norms and regulations of the school, and that is more or less manifested in the pupil's work and behavior in school. In our work we will mention policies that contribute to the discipline in the classroom, because it is easier to prevent disciplinary problems than solve them after they have already taken place. Each teacher uses different methods when facing these problems, and from each teacher we can learn something.
