Summary/Abstract: The present article deals with the function of the cassation appeal before the Supreme Administrative Court. According to the Bulgarian Constitution the Supreme Administrative Court shall be the highest governing body with regard to the precise and just execution of the law within the administrative legislation. The article considers the court acts which are eligible for cassation appeal along with the common provisions of the law regarding the appeal of administrative acts.
