Summary/Abstract: Until two decades ago, scientists believed that at some time during old age our brain stops creating new neural pathways, and that their number is limited and fixed. However, this proved to be false, because our brain never stops adapting and changing. This fact goes in favor of anyone who wants to develop their intellectual and physical capacities, to move the endurance boundaries of the body and brain, sick people, especially those with some brain damage because neuroplasticity is the ability of the reorganization, re-networking of neurons and neural pathways. Our present comes as a result of a long-standing patterns of behavior. Our brains have been trained during some stage of our life, consciously or unconsciously, to be a negative, critical, and perhaps destructive. We lived surrounded by such people, or just life circumstances that broke our spirit. Therefore, time is needed to achieve the opposite effect.
