Summary/Abstract: On October 6, 2007, the 8th National Symposium on the Crusade of Human Liberation "The Role of the School in Upbringing to Sobriety" took place in Łódź. As part of the symposia of the Crusade for the Liberation of Man (KWC), the theme of last year's symposium on "The role of the family in upbringing to sobriety" was continued there. Participants of the symposium, numbering about 70 people, visited the Dominik Foundation for Preventing Addictions, which has its headquarters in the monastery of Dominican fathers.
