Summary/Abstract: This study is dedicated to the grounds for disqualification of the defense counsel in criminal proceedings. Discusses hypotheses to reject defense counsel listed in Article 91, paragraph 3 PPC, analyzed jurisprudence, and we have discussed some of the problems that arise in each of them. Proposals were made on addendum to legislation.
