The experience of mobility in the Erasmus program in relation to the prospects on the labor market. An analysis of international reports

Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the results of European research conducted amongstudents and graduates who have experienced mobility in the Erasmus program, inthe context of professional adjustment and the development of competencies necessaryon the labor market. The analysis is based on studying secondary sources. TheEuropean research allows to conclude that the people with the mobility experiencehave a better chance of success on the labor market and are better adjusted professionallythan the people without such an experience.
