Summary/Abstract: The search for a lost home is one of the most popular archetypical themes in world culture. In the present work, we tried to reconstruct the archetype of ,,home” using the translational text-the literary work of the Russian author of German origin H. Belger The House of the Exile. Belger is the author in whose texts new world pictures arise. Moreover, both his multilingualism and life credo of ,,world responsiveness” contribute to this. According to his beliefs, there are no language, culture and ethnic groups barriers but rather there are bridges between them. Using some of the manifold research methods (including diachronic analysis, hermeneutical approach, mythopoetic interpretation and stylistic analysis) we came to the conclusion that Berger‟s universal idea of Home and Homelessness is connected to the philosophical categories of Being-here (Dasein) and the-They.
