Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses new trends in management practices. Emphasis is made on the necessary change in the management thinking to meet adequately changes in the globalized world. It provides information about STOOS global movement and its ideas. The development explores some of the new methods of management, which are used in Bulgaria.
