Summary/Abstract: Reporters are distinctive in that they are working in the electronic media of television which still has primacy. Work on TV, it is characterized reporter “think” picture. Image is a message with a specific and appropriate to the text - offom seem section or favor. This “feature packed” as the final product, the result of the work of the entire team of editors, reporters, cameramen, assistant cameraman and driver of the team, to people employed in the implementation of programs and techniques. However, the role of television reporters in the process in the first place. It is from his “feeling” for the theme and ideas for implementation, depending on the quality of the reports and the recorded scenes and indirectly rating of media companies themselves. It must be emphasized that the work of reporters can, and should, be done only by a mature person. There are many components that make up the mature personality, here, the personality of television reporters. Among the components of particular importance is the creativity in the work of reporters. Expressed existence of creativity in the reporter’s work is certainly a decisive factor activity reporter if we have in mind and what art “to the reporter,” which is an integral part of the whole product of labor reporter called a “bundled” contributions.
