Summary/Abstract: The basis of the socialist regime grew from the administrative body, for this reason we decided to start from the organization of a basis authority in the Pcinja district - of the Vranje region - Vranje 1944-1955, who managed of all social, economic, cultural, educational, health institutions and organizations in this district. Unfortunately, the fond is incomplete. The documents from 1950s were completely destroyed. This work fundamentally examines the past of Vranje and verifies data about our political, social and cultural past, in the we of relations and events on the territory of the Pcinja district in the period from 1944. to 1955.
